ok so appropriate reads you can activate this card when your opponent draws a cardoutside of his/her draw phase. Draw 2 cards from your deck.

ok my question is when like gracful charity is played or a dekoichi is played and i activate it do i get to draw imidiatly or do i have to wait till the next time they draw outside of there draw phase.

beacause it says i can only activate this when my opponent draws a card so is the card allready drawn, and then approprate activates or does appropriate activate and we both draw?

1. Appropriate can only be activated if the very last thing to happen was a card being drawn outside the Draw Phase.

The last thing to happen for Graceful Charity was discarding, so you couldn't activate it then.

Dekoichi, you could though.


2. You'd have to wait until the next time since Appropriate must ALREADY be face-up on the field at the time of the draw. By the time it is face-up when it is first activated, the draw has already taken place.
