Hello this is my try at a burn, bear in mind that I have not bought any boster packs from the sets since TLM so I am a bit oblivous to any of the new super burn cards. Please have a look and help out and if you request the same please state so in your post and I will have a look at your deck(s). This deck is in response to my friend turing to the dark(Chaos) side after being out of the key for past 3 sets like me. -Dam you chaos you've turned another one...

And yes i know this deck is fat at 42 cards so any help would rock, thanks.

Hey thankyou both, for I have yet to actually play test this deck and most are proixes-i dont even have posion of old man..., anyway after testing il take a closer look at the fixes.

Testing dark door and while I do appreciate Hajime sato's advice it seems to be a different type of burn deck with your fixes, ( I do like the offense in the suggestions...) but I will test them out and see. Thanks again and if anyone needs some advice for your deck please let me know.

maybe dark snake syndrome or burning land would help?

Yes ive thought of those 2 espically the syndrome, the whole hurts me more than them is a bit of a turnoff but I may test it. Thankyou

I would add some solar flare dragons.

ookazi or meteor destruction mite also help out and mine golems

Thankyou both for your help all the advice is stored and proccesed, ultimately duels will allow me to determine what is effective. Solar dragons does have the loc capcity but with them in I feel that i must then include the fire searching turtle and maybe flame sprite, laying off them for now but may change in the future. As for ookazzi I just enjoy posion of the old man more, the quickplayness often causes the oppenent to waste a MST etc thinkning it is a gravity bind or what have you.-and sadly i do not have a meteor of destruction...

Let's see what we can do to make it more efficient:

-1 Gora Turtle
There are much better things than this to use to stall Monster-wise, say, Spirit Reaper.

-1 Mask of Darkness
I see where you're going with this card, but there are better things to run than this.

-1 The Dark Door
This may limit their options on which Monsters attack, but Messenger of Peace tends to work better.

-1 Des Koala
3 I think is way too many for this deck. You have plenty enough burn already.

-1 Fairy Box
-2 Magic Drain
-1 Torrential
You shouldn't take a chance with Fairy Box. Solemns > Magic Drain. Why Torrential your Monsters when you're stalling? You'd probably need to side Torrential.

+3 Des Lacooda
This is a great card for a Burn Deck, so you can draw what you need while you hide behind stalling cards.

+1 Ojama Trio
This makes it more easier to draw and makes the combo with Lava Golem faster.

+3 Solemn Judgement
These are really great for Burn Decks. And since your Trap count is high already, these things just say "No." to Jinzo.

Maybe add a side deck with it and include some Stray Lambs and Token Feastevil just to be annoying (and with Stray Lambs, you can still set a Monster in Defense Mode :) ) and just incase your opponent might side into burn or semi-burn or into Decrees, just put somethings like Mystical Space Typhoon, Heavy Storm, Stray Lambs and Token Feastevil in your deck. For instance, in SJC my friend ran a CC Deck, and he'd often side into Burn, and no one would see it coming and for the most part, it worked. Usually when CC people side into it (with most, if not, all of their side deck), like my friend, they use Ojama Trio, Ceasefire, Wave Motion Cannon, and Just Desserts, so if you can side deck, 2 Token Feastevils, that would be a lot of damage.

But that's just me :p.

ahh very insightful Vlad, i have already seen the greateness of solemnjudgement to magic drain and the 2 drains are already replaced-dont own a 3rd... and a 3rd ojama trio will be added. As for torrientail it is really put in there for ojama trio so they take 900 damage when they are all destroyed-torrienatil is a finishing card but I can see its situationalness. And many people have been harping on des lacooda so ill have to make room for them.
As for the other suggestions they are very good and if I could stand my deck to be fatter I would put them in, however you have given me good cards for side-decking and just general deck swicthing.

Well here is proably the final deck list, some cards on the side, thankyou again for all that helped out. Allowed me to include some cards that before I would not even give a 2nd look. Deck had first test agains boring CC chaos...1 win 1 loss, loss because I did not save my solemn and got to scared of the heavy storm but we learn. Fun deck though and burn is pretty fast,
