Here is Uria deck 2.0 Not 1.0 but 2.0
I want this deck to be powerful even when uria is not out. This deck is not at its full potencial yet but, it will be soon. Any rate/fix done to mine and i will help with yours. Well enough dilly dallying, here is the deck:

i think royal decree would cause you sum problems so i'd shorten ur traps a bit (i dont know wat some do) or just cut a couple and add 2 or 3 solemn judgments, i like the monster tho, plz r/f mystic phoenix, or all of them
nice deck. I think that this card will make your deck A LOT better. Consider putting in a Robbin Goblin. It will help you to get your Uria more attack points and since you have 3 chain saw insects robbin goblin baisically counters the affect by forcing the other player to discard a card from their hand everytime they take damage from your chainsaw insect. Good Luck
chaosnewb- how will dust tornato take of royal decree if dust is a trap? Unless dust was already set on the field and i chained to it.

+3 Pole Position
If you sacrifice a Pole Position while your opponent has the strongest face-up Monster, PP resolves immediately and destroys the Monster before Uria hits the field.
-3 Chainsaw Insect
+2 Magician of Faith
+1 Dekoichi the Battlechanted Locomotive
This way, the monsters can combo more with the Pole Position strategy and you can be in control of the game.

+1 Confiscation
+1 Smashing Ground
Smashing Ground is your standard form of removal and Confiscation will help get rid of threats that will destroy Uria.

+1 Premature Burial
+1 Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell

i personally would take out one trap that u dont use that much and put in pot of avarice so u can put 5 cards back into ur deck that will help u i say ur deck is a 8/10 because not at full potiential.
zaborg is a very agressive tribute sense when it hits the field it destroys an opponents monster maybe add one of those?

Try Putting in a Breaker the Magical Warrior instead of Mystical Space Typhoon. This way you get a monster of 1600 on the field and you can still destroy 1 magic or trap card.
If you are going to run Chainsaw Insects and Uria, you might as well add in some Appropriates. You'll have free drawing and fodder for Uria.
