This is my main tourney deck. It does pretty well, but I want to know if anyone has any helpful suggestions. I basically go through my deck fairly quick, and can have a Legendary Ocean and Levia-Dragon out in turns 1-3. I can normally keep my opponent from doing much to my dragon with my solemn judgments or spell-shield type 8's. I can normally wipe them out in 3-6 turns. About one in
every three matches I manage to draw Ocean Lord and totally annhialate. One time I even got fenrir out on the next draw and locked them up by hitting the one monster they got down! Anyway, here it is!

That's Pretty good, but maybe instead of decree - A reload, perhaps?

Whatever works best for you, my deck is similar to this, and BWSW is one of the best cards in there IMO :)

I realize with two mobius you have alot of removal but not using MST seems just wrong.. instead of solemns maybe just use the spell shields to negate the magics that are harmful to your dragon and use sakuretsus to take out pesky things like dd warrior lady. it will be much cheaper for you then solemns!

No Big Wave Small Wave?

I tried it, but for the same reason I ditched reload, I didn't go with BWSW. With this deck, I normally have no more than one card in my hand, so it just didn't help me much. Only once in about 3 duels or so would it do anything for me. If I made the deck slightly more water based, I believe it would work. Thanks for your suggestions, though. Your deck is very good, I checked it out and r/f'ed it.

I already ditched the reloads, check the new version. Also, I normally have no problem getting out my Oceans, but if I ever do, that would be the first thing to put in.
