This is the deck I've been running the past couple of weeks and it has been working quite well. I had been playing a chaos return deck for quite some time and wanted to do something different. It started as an anti CC deck and after a little bit of play testing and tweeking this is what it looks like now. Let me know what you guys think and I am open to suggestions.

I bassically changed 6 cards and added one
I took out Confiscation, Brain Control, Pot of Avarice, Newdoria x2, and Airknight and replaced them with Smashing Ground x3, D.D. Assailant, Exiled Force, and Blade Knight and to top it off I added Reinforcement of the Army.
So what I decided to do is to cut the Newdorias. They weren't working as well as I had liked. I found that having two Tomatos and two Newdorias that I have to depend on my opponent to attack isn't smart because you should try to never depend on your opponent for anything. Between now and then I did try creature Swap but it just wasn't working for me. Through my testing I found that my biggest problem was monster removal because I was giving up Sakuretsu Armors and Bottomless Trap Holes so that I could play Royal Decree. I had to compensate for that and the lose of the Newdorias, which was also monster removal that I was giving up, and added in three smashing grounds. I know that they aren't anything fancy but they offered me remarkable consistency. I went with exiled force and D.D. Assailant to replace the Newdorias. I also decided to play Blade Knight to give me one more warrior so that I would have 5 making it possible to play Reinforcement of the army and make good use of it.
I just want to say for any of you guys out there that want to try something different try Hydrogeddon. This guy is just unbelieveable and is the key to the deck. It is a shame he has gone unnoticed by so many people.
I dont really know much about this type of deck but if it won it must be good. Maybe add in another royal decree for smashing ground but I really dont know. 9/10 anyways. Can you r/f my deck. Its in the sig

I am glad a couple of you guys appreciate the Hydrogeddons. During the regional there were so many instances where I would special Summon a Cyber Dragon then a Hydrogeddon and attack their Dekoichi/Magical Merchant/Magician of Faith and then proceed to hit them for 3700 damage. Almost half their life points gone in one turn, not to mention I don't have to worry about Cyber-Stein after that. People are just playing way too passively right now that Hydrogeddon makes them pay and pay hard, plus it takes away that neutral advantage Dekoichi/Magical Merchant/Magician of Faith provides and actually gives me the advantage.
