No they don't. They never reach the hand.

The answer lies on the card:

Pick up cards from the top of your Deck until a Spell Card or Trap Card is picked up. Add that card to your hand. Send the remaining cards to the Graveyard.

You are only puting one card in your hand, and sending, not discarding, the remaining cards to the graveyard. Which means, they dont go from Hand to Deck, so you cant activate them.
