Effect monsters are spell speed 2 so are regular traps ,so it depends what happens first in this case Mobius is summoned so Mobius can use his effect before bottomless.(if it was a counter trap say bye bye to mobius! Such as Solemn Judgement)

Im studying to become a judge ,so your welcome!
That's not what i mean... I mean do you have say "I respond with Bottomless" before he selects his 2 targets, or afterwards?
That's what I thought...some kid try tricking saying "no, you have to do it when i play it or Bottomless won't be chaining to the summoning", I kept telling him otherwise, but nowi got proof.

As you are studying to become a judge, allow me to explain why your statement is not entirely correct.
Effect monsters are not always spell speed 2, in fact, not many have a spell speed 2 effect. Monsters with a spell speed 2 effect have what are called "mutli-triggered" effects as they can be activated during the opponent's turn (much like traps and quick-play spell cards). Mobius has a spell speed 1 effect, just keep this in mind for future reference.
When Mobius is successfully tribute summoned (in the given scenario), you may activate its effect. If you should activate Mobius's effect then you may select your targets before any other action can take place, once you choose the selected targets then the opponent can now chain to the activation of Mobius's effect with their own card (Bottomless Trap Hole in this case) and add to the chain.
A player can not chain to an effect unless the entire effect has been satisfied (choosing targets, paying costs etc), once it has then another chain link may be added to the already existing chain.
What im wrong?Noooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I worked so hard waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh(im wanna become a judge so badly!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is there an age limit?) Oh and sorry Xav for making a mistake!! dont kill me!! lol
I believe you have to be at least 13 years old in order to be a judge, but I could be wrong. Not to say that younger people can't be good judges, I've worked with a level 3 judge who is 16 years old . . .
ooh using limiter removal on a Judge(double the judging power or just one less Judge?) 13 age limit oh yeah ill study as hard as i can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
