You are about a few months late into the current meta. Just lose 2 smashings or sakuretsus and deck 2 Rtfdd. That should propel you back into the meta.
updated the deck..I forgot that I was running exerion universe
I'd like to work this deck without return from the different dimension.
I've run return earlier this year but hated the combined inconsistancy of draws with it and sorcerer as well as the fact that the payoff usually is to hard to draw out (getting enough monsters removed etc.)
I'm a much bigger threat with smashing grounds instead of return to those who are expecting a standard c.c.
The Deck looks really good, i like the 2 BTH 2 Saku trap lineup. The only things i can see is to take out a smashing and brain control (i love brain control but you are only running 1 jinzo and 1 zaborg for tribs) for a confiscation and a creature swap so that you can take advantage of the new apprentice/creature swap ruling that lets you get the search. I would probably take out mirage dragon as well since he doesn't seem to be great at the moment with so many people running decrees and the people who aren't cutting trap counts, you are also running Jinzo who can do this job better. I am not sure what to add though, perhaps a second reaper? Anyway good job 9/10
I told you guys it's under construction. anyway I tried useing the apprentice magician and creature swap tactic. It did'nt work out to well. I needed more high attack monsters to maintain board controll once all my removal kicks in.
so ultimately I'm teching two kycoo the ghost destroyer this time to deal with the treeborn frog everyone runs and disrupt chaos sorcerer.

Vampire Jar: your fixes look very smooth except that your build only had 19 monsters. nontheless you've inspired me to go with the 2 spirit reapers.
Night assailant will just tag along for the removal work he does and maybe retrive a faith (like I really wanted to retrieve dekoichi anyway)
TlK: Thanks for the suggestions but really I'm not enjoying creature swap.
I know how to play it but the fact is swap is often gets trainwrecked by treeborn frog or a chained scapegoat loungeing on the board next to the big monster you want. or even swaping your apprenice magician with a ffc chaos players face down reaper just slows the game down to a crawling pace.
I'm sticking with Jinzo. But thanks for the concept fix.
I don't think i like those kycoos in there..... The problem i have with them they kind of fuel a lot decks that i see. I also don't really like the warrior tool box... it seems a little slow. especially with out RoA... They say you're good with machines... I feel like you should play a couple reflect bounders and Dekoichi's... and tech a limiter removal... That would make this deck look pretty nasty to me... Further... with 20 monsters if you play 2 or 3 dekoichi it wouldn't really hurt you... i protects your magician of faith and thins your deck... and a tech'd Limiter can hurt if you hit a RftDD later i'd probably run one of those too.. It would give a standard cookie some of your own flavor... and i think it would be much faster and more aggressive.

I've never been much of a fan of Spirit Reapers floating around...... But, i know they can be effective and annoying.. if you really want the 2 of them i'd just take out the Night Assailant and a Dekoichi.. another thing with my build you might want to try a treeborn frog...
I added a Zaborg... so i would drop a Smashing Ground... i've actually started running just 2 and it has been pretty good for me... I also don't like Scapegoat that much anymore.. especially in a deck like this... 3x Cyber Dragon... scapegoat will clog up your hand sometimes... put in 1x Brain Control for it... i think it will work better for you.... I don't know about that trap line up you already have a lot of removal in your deck build.. I'd either drop one Bottomless Trap Hole or one Sakuretsu Armor.. Whichever one has been less effective... I think one tech'd will make your opponent still worry especially when you hit them with one... But, if you don't like my fixes all i can say is.. speed that line up somehow.. it looks a little slow to me and i'm not sure how to speed it up like this.
i give it a 7/10 it looks like it could win.. but i'm not sure how much i like it... it just looks a little slow...
The focus for now is just on solid monster removal. I'm really avoiding as much as possible a confrontation where my 20 monster build becomes obsolete to 23 monster builds of the top 8.
I am under the belief system that there is just enough techable variety in my card pool to pull something unique out of my hat. monster presense is very important this format. anyway I think I've arrived at my chaos complex.
