If you remove d.d. survivor and a light monster to bring out chaos sorcerer does d.d. survivor come back to the field? .....because it says if this face up monster is removed from play it comes back at the end phase of that turn.
if skill drain is face up on the field does newdoria still get its effect?

As said earlier D.D. Survivor must be ON the field.
First question being answered (just helps to read the card...)
Second question being yes, Newdoria does get its effect because its effect is a Graveyard activating effect.
Skill Drain only negates effects that resolve while still face-up on the field...things that activate in the hand, Deck, Graveyard or Removed From Play Area are out of reach from Skill Drain's effect.
