I am trying to make the fastest, and most proficient Phoenix deck there is, and with your help, I could do it. that's why I call this a Phast Phoenix deck.

this deck is the exact version i put up a while back, either you netted it or we are the roxors and genius thinks alike

Suggestions:

-1x Apprentice Magician
+1x Treeborn Frog

The frog will help with keeping a 2nd monster on the field for tributing with the Hand of Nephthys. If your concerned with the inability to special the Cyber Dragon, don't be. It's usually not a problem.

-1x Brain Control
+1x Last Will

This will help with the ability to get a monster of your choice from your deck, that would include the Hand of Nephthys.

Probably other possible fixes but thats all I got for now. Unless you want to get into adding in Flying Kamakiri #1.

If speed is your key, then another smashing can help against reapers, bounders and such, and you don't have to worry about lp's like with brain control. I agree with Scrogg, except the apprentice can also pull mof, so the hand would be best.

I thank you for the fix, after changes could a rate follow???
I think that I will do the above changes, except for the "-Hand" part, I need two, so maybe I'll get 1 when I have a Marauding, and try it out at the next tourney, and see how it goes...

just made changes, check it out!!!

do not run treeborn frog in a deck that mains royal decree, i can however tell you to drop injection, and treeborn and call of the haunted and tell you to main x3 gilasaurus, they are extra food to get out spoon, can get you some advantage with brain control

The drawback to losing your Royal Decree from bringing back the Phoenix is worse than not being able to summon your Frog from the grave. And, if by chance you have both in the grave you get to choose how it resolves, hence the Phoenix comes back and clears the field then the Frog safely follows. If Royal Decree is active when the Phoenix comes back, yes it will be destroyed, but your opponent will not be able to respond with a trap during resolution of the Phoenix's effect because Royal Decree is active.

It all still works just fine.

If Royal Decree is out and the Frog is in the grave, it doesn't negate the ability of the Frog to come back later when the back field is clear. With all of the spell/trap removal that is played in the game Decree won't last all that long considering you have nothing to protect (Fake Trap or otherwise).

we know that, but what if the opponet chaos sorcerer removes, now you got a frog sitting there for no reason, why not take his spot with something that can help you later.
