Well yeah, that's the point. My strategy is to activate Final Countdown asap and stall, obviously. Then activate the button if I'm about to lose. Also, if I win just 1 duel in a match, all I have to do is draw the other 2. It's won 2 small tourneys at my local card shop and countless friendly matches. W/L ratio is about 7/1.

i heard there's a new rule in tourney's that you have to win 2 matches. you can't win one and tie the next 2.

dont know where you heard that, but it is wrong. it goes with the point system. if each duel is 2 points, that would make him 2=0 1=1 1=1 he would win 4 points to 2. so wherever you heard that from is wrong.

Robotic Knight... He is correct. Wining one game and tying the other two is not a win for you. The rules state that you need two game wins for a match win.

If you win game one and tie the next 12 games, you continue until someone wins two games. That is if time permits of course. If you run out of time then you would invoke the end of match procedures.
