Keep in mind, no one in my meta Runs decree. I have been trying to fit a Pot of Avarice, and maybe a 3rd Soul exchange, but the deck is sorta bulky already.

Perhaps a 2/2 Trib? 5 seems a tad plenty on paper. Nice use of S.Exchange since you dont attack very much till you are done the rape job.

*Nods* Well the 5 Tribs problem is handled by the use of 2 Soul Exchanges, however I been thinking of adding a 3rd to just kill the entire problem. Mind on Air is Tomato-able to that isn't too much of a problem. If it ends in my hand, the Soul Exchange can do the trick. Thestalos can provide the aggro i was missing, and once I have him out, I can win the duel with it. I'll either Drop Off/Mind Crush anything that bugs me. I will D.D. Designatre anything before hand to save Drop Off or Mind Crush, and I have Newdorias, as well as two smashing and triplet Saks, a pair of the D.D. Sisters. As you can see, I loaded up in Monster Removal and Control. Neat, huh?

Hey I like the thought you have going on with Thestalos control. I'm curious to see how well your Mind on Air/DD Designator combo will help out. Makes sense, especially using Tomatoes and Don Zaloog.

I'm rarely comfortable with running 12 traps, even if decrees aren't around, Jinzo is still heavily played. If I ever run 12 it would include 3 Solemn J's.

In any case Soul Exchange could slow it down, trade out those for Brain Controls. Happy Dueling!

Indeed, I would be a fool not to. You showed me the flaws and I figured I should fix them, while keeping the control theme.

Skotch tape. Jinzo can easily be handled. I have 2 Newdorias, 2 Smashing Grounds, 2 D.D. Sisters, 2 Soul Exchanges. Enough to pwn his butt. I use Soul Exchange for two Reasons: 1) During many tests with the last build, Life points became some trouble. And since Ring is coming back and I have Confiscation I don't want to go overboard with Brain Controls. 2) it can take face-down monsters, aswell as Horus Lv 4 or anything that can't switch controls.

Im EXTREMELY scared to take on this deck now. I have no plans on any loopholes to abuse ... can I pass on this one?

Like I said last time, I don't like the Mind of Airs. I like the Aggro/Hand Control thing you've got, but I think you went too far with the MoA/MC/DDD.

Perhaps adding in a couple Dust Tornados.

Aside from that, I see little to change. I would only suggest building a side deck that would allow you to swap out a few traps into good spells if you find yourself against somebody actually using decree.

Not by any means an official statement but I think Xav took this one apart. He wasnt too pleased with it ... hes working on something deadlier now.

all it really takes is you getting lucky enough to prenegate Royal Decree (which you run a lot of prenegation)... My zombie deck doesn't have as much hate as this does.. but i don't fear Decree because whenever Vampire Lord hits i'm calling Trap..... THat leaves my mind crush and Trap Dust Shoots and Confiscation room to take out removal spells and bigger monsters...

it looks just about right on... I'm having trouble seeing any fixes.. Graceful Charity would be good though.

Dust Tornadoes would be good.. but you could also consider dropping one thestalos for a mobius...

then it looks like you have plenty of monster removal and spell and trap removal to go with the prenegation... looks like good control to me.

Its a great deck, but Xav's playstyle didnt take advantage of the power and I pointed that out. Rather than develop a new playstyle (which is deadly hard to do) he decided to tailor a new version that worked with his style.

Xav, another excellent deck, you and Hajime Saito have inspired me to be the duelist i am now. Thanks, and i'm glad to be a member of this website because of you two. There's always going to be good and bad people, but it sure makes it better to have to duelists like yourselves.
