I some what see what you are trying to do. It would be a little easier to Seperate your Monster, Spell and Trap cards. But Yes, The deck Looks good but have you thought of adding a bootomless or a sakarutsu.

You might want a set of nimble nomunga.
The nimbles can ideally pay for the costs of skill drain if you ever do get heavy stormed without magic reflector in sight. I Think I understand this decks win condition. Tetris is just a frustrating deck that's basis lies in clocktower prison lockdown. I know I do not want to see this thing hit the table in front of me.
