Can I use mistic wok on ojama trio token to get life as well as get rid of the tokens from my side of the field?

Yes you can do that, because Ojama tokens can be tributed for special summons and other card's effects, just not for a tribute summon. This should go to the Rules of Dueling section, by the way.

Yes, you can Tribute Ojama Tokens or any Token for the cost of Mystik Wok (since the monster Tributed does not have to actually go to the Graveyard). And since the ATK/DEF is counted as the current ATK/DEF, then you'd gain either 0 LP or 1000 LP (obviously you'd go for 1000)

Okay, now that I know that I can do that do I still take dmg by the ojama' effect or is it voided sence they were not destroyed.
