Eternal Manipulation of Interdimensional Time V2 - Clock Tower Control
"Time has no beginning, and Time has no end. From my Seclusion in this Clock Tower, I manipulate the past, present, future. Eventually the centuries will pass and nothing but ash will remain. I am the Beginning, I am the End, I am what you can't see."
~Destiny Hero - Dreadmaster~

I like the concept of this deck and it will totally suprise an opponent. To be honest I can't really offer fixes to the deck, since I'm not really familiar with these types of decks, but it looks solid. I mean I understand the conpept, but  getting myself messed up. Anyway good luck with the deck, 8/10 especially for the originality. Perhaps you could post your win/lose ratio?
It actually does pull off quite a few wins, every now and then it looses, but its always a win 95% of the time.
What you basically do with this deck type is
Defend your stall cards or Clock Tower Prison with Magic Reflector, Prohibition, and Magic Drain.
Then thin out your deck with Toon Table of Contents, and Terraforming.
Burn the living heck out of your opponent with Lava Golem, Stealth Bird, Toon Cannon Soldier, Wave-Motion Cannon, Mass Driver, and Magical Explosion.
Stall with Nightmare's Steelcage, Swords of Revealing Light, Clock Tower Prison, Level Limit - Area B, Messenger of Peace, and Gravity Bind.
To keep your deck from depleting, use Outstanding Dog Marron by kamikazing it into your opponents monsters while Clock Tower is on the field or using Mass Driver to return him to the deck. He's basically the Sinister Serpent of the deck, and its also great when your waiting for a deck out.
Destiny Hero - Defender helps in the department of defense (Spirit Reaper that had his slot kind of got trampled and targeted to much ><*), and it help by decking my opponent out after they loose all of there Spell/Trap card removal.
Graceful Charity, Card Destruction, and Magical Mallet helps by replenishing and supply me with better resources to fit the given situation.
To fend off your opponents in a very tough situation, Mirror Force them of course ^_~.
In my opinion it works better than Max Suffridge’s Clock Tower Deck that he used at Shonen Jump Atlanta this year (which might I add Max is the innovator of the deck type ^_^) here it is "V V V"
Deck Count: 40
Monsters: 6
3 Thunder Dragon
2 Magician of Faith
1 Outstanding Dog Marron
Spells: 32
3 Toon Table of Contents
3 Nightmare’s Steel Cage
3 Magic Reflector
3 Magical Mallet
3 Prohibition
3 Clock Tower Prison
3 Spell Reproduction
2 Upstart Goblin
1 Terraforming
1 Level Limit - Area B
1 Graceful Charity
1 Swords of Revealing Light
1 Card Destruction
1 Mass Driver
1 Scapegoat
2 Offerings to the Doomed
Traps: 2
2 Gravity Bind
It had some major vulnerability to Giant Trunade at the time it was used, and it was to dependent on waiting for your opponent just to deck out as you stalled the entire duel, which all together is 80 some-odd turns depending on both decks construction.
Mine has the ability to burn my opponents life points quickly while it can achive it's secondary goal if I were to fail at burning them to a crisp. The only real burn his has to offer is Mass Driver + Outstanding Dog Marron, which all of us know will take forever.
Well I hope I've explained the deck good enough so far ^_^.
Outstanding, that's all I can say. This is like a burn deck taken to the next level. If that's how the deck is supposed to run, then it really don't need any major fixes from what I can see. I wish you good luck with it.
BTW could you please post in one of the two decks in my sig, thanks.
