This is another of my decks that I'd been working on for awhile... and last night, with the purchase of a Warrior structure deck, it came to life... an Equip-based deck centering on Ben Kei and Gearfried the Swordmaster.
It's something I've never run before, so ANY comments are welcome(ie, 'This Deck SUCKS' is fine if it's true... just tell my how to make it better then)

Already made some changes with my acquiring of another Mataza and a Ceasefire

personally i wouldn't mix ben kei with gearfried... one of them destroys equips the other uses them for advantage.. if you're going to mix them though... you should use gathered power.. i believe it's a trap that equips all your equips in the graveyard to a target of your choice... I would also play more cards that work nicely with Gearfried ... i.e Smoke Grenade of the Thief and especially blast with chain..

maybe drop 3x Lightning Blade for 2x Smoke Grenade and 1x Blast with chain

from there try to get 1 or 2 Gathered Powers or something

That's all i have for now... I just don't think Gearfried fits to well with ben kei... but, i think you could make it work...

speed is much importante in this deck too.. you have a lot of bad top decks... perhaps card destruction... you could wipe that hand full of equips to the graveyard and get em back later with Gathered Power..

The card you think of is Collected Power... which is a card I thought about, but it just didn't seem to flow well IMO when it was playtested before I posted it.

Gearfried doesn't destroy equips, it's just Iron Knight destroys any that are equipped to him. Swordmaster works WELL with Equips, as does Ben Kei...

But I'll see if I can dig up a few Smoke Grenade cards and see if they work.
