Its a dumb question, and its been causing alot of confusion.
Is the effect of Ultimate Tyranno its actual attack, or can it attack once again after the effect?..

Tyranno's "attack" is that instead of a single attack, it can (and must) attack all monsters on your opponents side of the field. Once its done that, it cannot attack again.

ALL attacks, right now, are "actual" attacks.

There is no way to actually "attack" with an effect like that (unless you count effects like Cannon Soldier as "attacks" in which case, they are not).

Ultimate Tyranno is pretty much similar to Asura Priest and E. Hero Wild Jaggyman/"Wildedge" with its attacking. You actually declare the attack(s) with it. You do not manually get to go "attack all of their monsters once" and wipe them out in one stroke like how some off-based YGO games make it look like.
