as Coco said TII is slow in WW altough WW is still quite fast, I think this s a decent deck, wile it can be done better....oh and yea srry Scourge isnt TII legal yet but I'm only experimenting at the moment....
What I forgot BTW was too add two Worship in each of the decks (Either Main or Sideboard)
In the Casual I would proppably replace both Crusade with two Worships since I already have those two Divine Sacraments in the main deck and I only added the Crusades to add the little speed I might have needed....
In the TII Version I would proppably have removed a Glorious Anthem and a True Believer from the Sideboard and had replaced them with the two Worships...
I think the casual deck could benifit from replacing the longbow archers with Soltari monks or priests. They both cost the same, but the archers special ability is a defensive one, but the soltari ability is an offensive one.
As much as I like the Dragon and Seraph, I think you might need to run more mana soruces if you want to include them.

Well the first reason that I dont use Soltari monk or Soltari priests is becouse I totally dislike Shadow, and I would proppably never use it myself any way, besides that I really like the longbow archer and what they do for two mana (else the deck might be fast but I couldnt do anything against flying untill a Silver Seraph or Eternal Dragon is out)

the fact is that the Eternal Dragon's secondary ability is most of the time used as its primary, it isnt a 5/5 flyer, yea it can be, but its primary function is to be a 2 mana landfetcher that I can return to my hand for 5 mana, this also enables plenty of mana draft for the Silver Seraphs
