I used to play 6 years ago but then everybody quit so I sold my cards. Anyway I love the new saphire game and so I just got back in by buying 3 dragon packs. Unfortunatly the site doesn't help much with what cards are rarer and if this is normal. Out of the 3 packs I got 6 rares. Is that normal? I got a latios ex 94, magneton 17, Flygon 15, Salamence 10, charmander 98 and dragonair 14. Ps. Why is charmander 98/97? Anyone with answers to help me please post.

yea i can help the charmander is like a secret rare, theres a charmander charmeleon and charizaird i have all 3, u get 1 of the 3 in a box, so there rarity is about 1:36 packs, charmander being the easiest, charmeleon second, and the rarest charizard, as for the latios EX that is a very good card EX are the best of the best because they are overpowerful also it is fdairy common tol get 2 rares per pack now due to reverse holos, i hope this help

the rarity of the charmander is just are rare as a regular holo, as are the EX Pokemon in Dragon Packs. Each booster come with a non-holo rare, and a reverse holo of random rarity.

one in three packs will have a holo. if you get a holo in your pack, you still get a non-holo rare, along with the random reverse holo. so it is possible to get 3 rares in a pack.

each booster box of dragons (36 packs) has 12 holos, 6 regular holos, and 6 EX holos and there are 15 regular holos and 9 EX holos in the dragons set.

the charmander line is indeed a secret rare, but its rarity is the same as all other holos.
