When u switch out with shinobie stealth and u have items on that character that u payed for already when he comes out again do u have to pay the spirit on the items? I think u dont but im not sure

Each time you go back to the sideline, the items and techs get flipped facedown, so you have to pay the spirit cost when he enters the arena because the items are flipped face-up.

Thats what i thought untill i had about 9 or 10 other people telling me i was wrong. I hope more people post here though.
