1) if i have kuwabara old rival and i attack while i have no spirit energy, and i have halt in my hand, my opponent uses acceptable loss, will i gain energy from the attack making it possible for me to use halt on his acc. loss?? or not?

2) can yusuke the raver king use in shadow??

1. I think this is how it goes: Unless the card stops the atk, the atk effects go first, then your opponent can counter with whatever he has, if he chooses to, in which case, you would have the spirit to Halt?

2. I don't see why not. You aren't playing the actual card, so yeah, you can use it.

This sequence of effects would work the same way as if someone counter-parts and you drew a igsfy, you could not use it. Losses resolves before the attack goes through therefore halt! may not be used.

i played allied forces earlier, and i need 1 more attack to win the game, but i have no cards left in my deck. i attack then what happenes? do i win the game or do i lose?? or is it sudden death ?? and this happened when i was playing against a yomi king, so if is sudden death, what happens??

Allied forces says you draw when you attack, so you draw before damage is dealt, i.e. you lose.

about the AL and Halt! question I'm very sure this is how it goes

gain spirit first (effect comes b4 attack) then person uses acceptable losses before attack but not before effect, then player uses Halt! to stop AL cuz he now has the energy to use it.

I was just taking a guess of how I thought it would go. Kill Switch is a Vet. so I'd go with whatever he says. So in other words, no, you don't gain the spirit to Halt!
