2)You can Outwit battle fury on the other team in order to mind control them, then they are friendly to you and you could taxi them. At the end of the turn, however, they would revert to your enemy.

Although you can outwit battle fury on an opponent in order to mind control them, there is no chance that you would also be able to carry them. After outwitting the character's battle fury and then successfully mind controlling them you must give them the action first (there is no chance of any of your other character performing an action before that character's action). After that action is complete the character immediately goes back to the "enemy's" team (it does not last until the end of the turn).

I have a question that is at least a bit related to the above.
For example is this a legal course of action:
My Mandarin Mind Controls an opposing White Queen wich is adjacent to an opposing Green Goblin. As my free action for WQ (who's on my team now) i let her MC the Goblin. The Goblin then picks WQ up and flies her over to my close combat guys.

Good one. Technically I think it's legal since White Queen doesn't revert until her action is complete, and her mind control action isn't complete until Goblin takes his action. I'd rule it okay until I see reason not to.

I was hoping this question wouldn't come up as I'm currently having issues with it. As it stands, Green Goblin and White Queen would be considered friendly to you (and hence each other) at the same time (until GG's action ends which ends WQ's action).
The issue I'm having is the action you are allowed. Picking up a character requires a "free action" on the part of GG (the rules are somewhat vague on whether this free action is performed before or at the beginning of the move action. Since you can give him one free action to perform another action as part of the MC, the free action required to pick up WQ would be the only action you can assign which means you can't now give him a move action to actually move.
I guess what I'm saying is I still see some unresolved issues with this one and hopefully someone more in the know will help.

Wow. Excellent catch. This definitely needs a FAQ entry.

Actually, I didn't catch it. Somebody brought it up a while back but I think a judge said you couldn't pick up and carry someone as part of the MC action due to the two actions required to do it.

I see. Well that takes out Elektra's chance of getting past the NAAT. I was thinking she could MC both the taxi and the passenger, have the taxi fly the passenger to a target, then use the passenger to attack. Under the new rule for MC against multiple targets this would work, but if carrying a passenger requires 2 actions as you say, then it won't.

It doesn't require an action to pick someone up, this is just a part of the move action, so this would be perfectly legal. Don't forget to turn off GG's willpower.
