Take out Artisan Picora, throw in some Kipos. You the still got enough 1 drops left. And when a Kipo dies the opponent also bleeds. More then you, since you do not need that much mana anyways.
Maybe try magma gazer instead of creeping plague. Depends on your local meta though. If everybody is playing blockers Gazer is not that great. But it's vice versa for plague.

I'd highly suggest Snake Attack, simply because this deck needs to win turn 4 or die. Bone Spider isn't what ya want to run. You want the 3 mana slayer coming in set 3. It might get burst shot-ed, but it can kills valdios and other big stuff which spider cant.

The 3 mana 2000 firebird, the one that gains 2000 if all your mana is fire is a card you should consider. Gee, I just atked with Flametropus, lets remove my 1 dark mana, oh geez kipo gets killed, kill the dark mana.

Anyways definitely replace the Creeping Plague with some Snake Attack. Oh and if you wanted to go REALLY insane try poisonous mushroom.

Kamikaze Quick Kill (TM)

Turn 1: Play Mana, Summon Braid Claw cih:3
Turn 2: Draw card, Play Mana, Summon Poisonous Mushroom, play mana from effect, summon a claw with said mana, atk with turn 1 claw.
Turn 3: Draw Snake Attack, play it. Claws break remaining 4 shields, Poisonous Mushroom for the win.

Consider Ghastly Drain as well for card draw. That card is perfect for this type of deck. You must win quickly and need cards NOW. Summoning 3 monsters a turn will overwhelm anyone. Once you have like 5-6 monsters on the field you can overwhelm opposing blockers with a Snake Attack, who cares if 1 or 2 get blocked, the rest will do irreplaceable damage to shields.

So cards to add for sure: Ghastly Drain and Snake Attack
If you want to go the SUPER Insane Route, go for a bit of Green and use Poisonous Shroom. Even if your deck doesn't win as quickly...think about your deck utilizing Bronze Arm Tribe, then summarily summoning 3 monsters the next turn with the increased mana. Then Snake Attack for the win.

If you won't try this concept, I sure will :)

His advice is very good. I was thinking about some of the things we talked about lat night and you are right about a lot of things that should change in my deck. Back to the drawing board!

Originally I had in 2 Bone Peircers but I misread it thinking I could get back any card from mana. So I dropped it.

Well, i need to tone down on the Spells. 16 isn't as perfect as I thought after all. I think 2 less spells should be good. What to take out......

You are an idiot Armagedon, this is a super low cost deck. Not a high cost one, and Baby zoppe is only good in mono-fire. If ya wanted power for mana removal Flametropus is the better choice. Searing Wave instead of Hammer is stupid. This deck doesnt use high cost cards and wants to win turn 4. There shouldnt even be a turn 5 with this deck.
