Firstly, can someone please tell me what the changes are that have been made in Indy clix, i heard something about Outwit, Flying and TK have been changed?
Secondly,
Ok, ive read around here that if someone is stealthed, you can not outwit any of their powers, so in effect they can kick your butt if they never come out of stealth.
I had a thought during a game last night and thought id ask:
Can I use Force Blast to knock a stealthed character out/off of their hindering terrain, as Force Blast is a movement and therefore you are not drawing a line of fire!?!
I thought of this when i had Blue Beetle next to a tree that Batman was stealthed in, the two characters were adjacent and so i thought this might work.
Anyways, I didnt play this idea as I didnt know if it could be done and I lost the game anyway as my friend wouldnt take Batman out of his tree.
Well, I'm not a judge, but FB is one of the best ways to deal with stealthed figs. Pop them out and then have your range figs cap them a couple. Another good way is since fliers no longer have to stop when they come into B2B with anyone is to have a flier with super strength just yank the object they are hiding in away. As for all the new rules, check out psylockelover's threads on the changes, its probably the easiest way to see them all.

Yes, you can use Force Blast against a Stealthed character. It used to be the most effective (and fun) way to deal with a Stealth character. Fly someone up, Force Blast Batman off of his hindering terrain, preferably off of his building for damage, then when he's in the open, use ranged attacks on him.
The reason that works is because Force Blast used to be a close combat action, now it's a Power action. In either case, it doesn't require line of sight, since you have to be right next to a figure in order to use it.
Your friends were also correct in that you cannot Outwit someone in stealth, since Outwit says specifically that you have to have Line of Sight, and Stealth blocks line of sight.
And as Croaker mentioned, check out Psylockelover's topics in the Rules section for a breakdown of the changes.
In memory of Masada.
And my totally sweet ninja name is: Yoshio Yamada -san (evilgenius).
Force Blast defintely works for this purpose but here's another idea.
Assumimg that the stealthed figure in question is worth a fair chunk of points (85 min for Batman), use a pair of low cost barrier figs (e.g. Pyro and Avalanche) to take turns isolating him. Eventually he'll get tired of having so much of his force useless and he'll move out. Or, if not, you should go to work on his supporting figures.
Haven't done this my self but it should be fun to try, especially against someone who is really used to sniping from stealth as thier game winning tactic. I've seen on a number of occasions in different games that when someone's preferred tactic is taken away from them, they start to play desperate and do foolish things.
Superman Team ability is a stealth killer. Using R Steel (cheapest fig w/ Superman team ability at 66pts) with other wildcard characters can render a stealth team helpless.
Some seldom used wildcard figures that benefit from having R Steel on their team:
Lobster Johnson (REV) ranged attack + outwit
Blackcat (E?) probability control
Klaw (E) ranged combat expert
Ultron (E) ranged EE
Saturn Girl (REV) mind control - MC the stealth figure out into the open

Barring a changed rule interpretation, the Superman Ally ability only works for movement and attacks - no Outwit into Stealth.
If you are base to base with a fig with stealth you can outwit the stealth. But if they have stealth team abilty you can not outwit it. But stealth power can be outwited just not TA stealth.
Thanks cgharless
Actually no. If you are base to base with a figure with stealth, you can't outwit any of their powers if they are in stealth. If Wolverine is in stealth, Batman can't outwit any of
Wolvies powers.

Incorrect. Even if base to base Outwit still requires a line of fire to be drawn and with stealth it can't. One on the stupider rules I'll admit, but true none the less/
Why would your Outwiting figure need to draw a Line of Fire to a Stealthed figure if they are adjacent to one another. Your Outwit would be like a close combat attack. The Stealth power would not apply to an adjacent figure. Maybe you guys caught someting I missed.
You didn't miss anything, but you are using common sense, which is a no-no. Outwit works like a ranged attack (needing line of fire) not a close attack. It's dumb, but it's the rule.
Ever since DC first came out with Hypertime, the Batman Ally team ability has made a lot of players begin to favor cheap Stealth tactics. Also, we have the regular Stealth power for our Marvel characters (see Logan, Hand Ninja, Elektra, etc.), and many of the new DC figs also have the Stealth power on their dials (see Green Arrow, Deathstroke). And, as I mentioned on another thread on beating Stealth, there are many ways of dealing with those who like to hide in the bushes.... and Superman Ally team ability is just the most obvious!!
With the new rules, now any flier with Super Strength can remove an object from underneath a Stealthed character as they fly by. This also goes for Super-Strong Leap/Climbers (like Abomination or Hawk), or Hypersonic Speedsters (like Amazo, or the LE Superman). But what do you do when they aren't sitting on a dumpster, or a gumball machine, but are hiding on a permanent map feature, like a tree or bushes?
Well, it's true that Stealthed characters are pretty nigh-invulnerable versus ranged attacks. So rush 'em. That's what the Charge power was made for! So they're hiding in the bushes, throwing their batarangs or ninja stars at you... so what? Obviously, Bullseye is not going to be able to take them down without help... but Hercules sure can. The Hulk. Thor. Thing. Heck, nothing wipes that confident smirk off of an opponent's face when his 92-pt. Exp. Batman is attacked by a measly 45-pt. rookie Hawk... Hawk has a 10 move (5 with Charge), a 12 AV (hits Bats on a 4 or better), and does 3 damage... more, if he can pick up an object to smack Batman with on the way. And 3 clicks is all it takes to knock Batman off of his Outwit. When folks like to hide, the best way to counter them is to get in their face with a heavy hitter. Either you force them to move or to take care of your heavy before they can do much else. It usually does the trick.
As already mentioned above, other powers that work great are Barrier and Force Blast. Telekinesis, too, if you can hit them with it. Enjoy, and have fun!
