Looks good, I would advice the Corile. They have helped me, especially when I draw them in consecutive turns. Could you take a look at my Water/Darkness deck? Maybe we can help each other out DECK
i strongly suggest all of the recommended cards besides snake attack. I've tried it in this deck, and its not effective. You usually dont have too many creatures out at a time...get corile in at all costs tho.
You need something to Sweep the board of your opponent's creatures. You can have your blockers out. Then your opponent will tap/bounce/destroy them. I suggest throwing in at least two Vampire Silphys. It won't hurt you nearly as badly as it will hurt your opponent. You've go so many evolutions that most of your weenies will be evolved by the time Silphy comes out. And if they're not evolved then they will be blockers that are better off dead with the opposing weenies anyway.

This looks like my old Black/Blue Updated, to Shadow Clash.
I added the Corile because I belive that its one of the most underratted cards ever but one of the best in blue. It may cost 5 but it still can affect the feild by getting rid of Blockers, Evos, or just bouncing the creature to give it summoning sickness and give your opponite less of a chance of drawing what they need (the common lancer, barkwhip, or that game saving Holy Awe). Corile can be also very well played in Hand Control (Now very populer with Trox and Locomotiver, or just ShadowClash) Not Just that it effects your opponites hand it is also a Cyber Lord that lets you have a greater chance of drawing with Ill-Folk. I would think Corile would be a nice addition to your deck.
I added the Amber Peicer because again, it is another under-rated card. Amber is very nice in Black/Blue and also Black/Red because of the mass amount of evos and base creatures. In your deck you have 8 Liquid People whitch gives you enough base to play 4 Lancers. (Also may consider playing Jolter, if you want). If an Lancer dies somehow you can just attack with AP and return it to your hand and since you have enough Liquid People to support Lancer 95% of the time you can play Lancer....again...and then...again... Amber Pecier is not just good for Evos but Its also good just for returning. Almost like Jack Viper but less complicated. Even when you attack with it and your opponites blocks you can still get a creature back. Like the 2 Amber Peicer combo...Attack with an Amber Peicer then your opponites blocks and kills the Amber Peicer and you return another dead Amber Peicer to your hand and keep doing it over and over to waste your opponits block.lol..
Hope you like the changes...
Cards that you may consider playing:
Aqua Jolter- Speed and good Lancer/Palaidin Base
