It looks interesting and I look forward to trying out a deck like this for myself. It looks good, but I think that maybe you could replace Marrow Ooze with Bloody Squito since you only need but so many one drops in certain decks. In this deck you have Lone Tear and I'd rather use him for cheap evo bait than an actual creature I want to attack with.
I thought about Squito but my thinking was that Ooze can attack and could be the last nail in my opponents coffin, especially if I Snake Attack plus Lone Tear needs a buddy on the field so I thought Ooze was good for that also.
I was planning a deck based on Darkness similar to yours. My version had a few Nature cards splashed (Faerie Life and Bronze-Arm) for mana accelleration. That also opened up spots for more expensive, powerful cards like Lost Soul, Future Slash, and Mongrel Man. Just something to consider if you want to go that route.
About Squito versus Marrow Ooze. Whichever you choose is just a chump blocker so it wont matter all that much. Squito can take out more powerful stuff when it blocks, but Ooze can attack as well as block. Testing them out (proxy the rest of the deck) to see what happens is the best way to find out. Good luck!
Marinomancer?
I don't even mind it to be a splash and not a st, it seems too quick for marinomancer to be in it...
Could you explain to me your thoughts?
I mean idk it's a garountied 2 cards if you are unlucky enough to draw another marinomancer with it, but your hand is almost always to be full if you have jack the ripper in play. Idk... If it works it works.
My thinking on Marinomancer is that I got a good feeling my hand will be empty rather quick, I thought about Mongrel Man but he useless with Jack Viper in the deck, so I went to Marinomancer and like I said above he may not be needed so as soon as I get the missing cards I will put this together and see how he works in the deck even if I only use 1 Marino during the duel those 3 cards drawn (providing I don't hit another Marino) could be what this deck needs, and I not sure how long Jack Viper can stay on the field (big target on his head when he hits the zone) so we'll see, testing will show if this build has any potentional.
I would suggest playing, Phantasmal Beast Grazald, the Chimera evo. If you do decide to, you could also play the 3 for 3000 chimera, the 5 for 300 slayer, and Gigargon, for extra recovery, sinse your marinomancers will die rather quickly. This also adds a bit of hand control to your game, plus you get more slayers, even if Frost isn't on the field.
I understand that this is a ghost deck, but if you find that something is missing, I would suggest trying this out.
Sorry for the delay in responding I work for a tax company and lets just say I've been very busy with the stretch run being here... (Don't forget taxes need to be filed this Friday April 15th by midnight)
Draco not sure if I want to lose all the ghost to squeeze in Chimeras if the ghost build fails (which it might) I will take into consideration your suggestions but as of now I would like to stick too Ghosts.
