what's kooc pollom do?

Kooc Polon can't be attacked ... so you either have to kill it with a spell, or block it.

Off the top of my head, this deck has too many cards without enough draw or searching to get what you need when you need it.

Where's the ill-folk?

Not all 4cc decks need Ill-Folk......
