I got offered a outstanding deal on my DM collection and I decided I'm leaving this game and going back to Magic, it was a great run in a great game. Good luck to all in the future and all those that are going to LA. I may stop by here and there but consider me done with DM.
Well, I hope u enjoyed this game to the fullest. Even though that I've just joined the forums, u've helped me alot with my deck rivisions and gave many help and advice in other threads too. Congrats, man. And I hope u enjoyed ur stay in the world of DM!
I wish I could sell off all my Pokemon, Magi-Nation, and many other games.
I will be selling my MTG "4 of everything" from Urza's Saga through Torment - and then my spotty collection through Kamigawa to a local store.
I couldn't recommend Hecatomb if someone was looking for a game with a healthy tournament environment because Hecatomb will only be a casual / Endbringer's League environment at least for the next two years.
The tourney scene really sucks - it is MTG and not much else (there are areas that are regionally healthy with VS or YGO - but nothing else is nationwide healthy -- unless you count Texas Hold-Em).
Thanks for all the kind words, the reason for me going back to magic is because I still have all my cards from Invasion on up to Mirrodin (so I don't have to invest much to get back into the game) I have a little bit of Kamigawa mainly a fat pack and 5-10 packs from each set, plus I'm looking more at playing in the new extended enviroment, also the new block (Ravnica) is going to be awesome (on par with Tempest & Urza block) and like I said I got a decent deal on my DM collection now I just need for his payment to show up if he stiffs me I may be back, so we'll see but until then again goodbye to all.
P.S - NFG, Alsodriller and the other people I met a Origins it was pleasure to get to meet you and good luck in the future of DM.

I think it depends on what you want from a tourney scene. If you want big bucks, then I would agree but I would also caution that very very few players get those big bucks anyway. But if you're looking for a fun atmosphere without a lot of win-at-all-costs mentality then both Duel Masters and Anachronism are great choices.
Well it is disappointing to see you leave bt67, but you have to do as you think is best. Afterall DM is not a game where it is necessary to have a ton of rares anyway so you can always come back when you feel the calling, the important thing is to have fun regardless of game. There is always the internet, lol.
(My sole way of playing DM)
Hey bt67 I have return to Magic also because of Ravnica your right about that set i,m breaking nights again with my old die hard Magic friends trying to break the set like old times...could not convince them of the beauty of Duelmasters..lol.. I can't leave Duelmaster though it has burn a soft spot in the old ticker. As Ryoma_Echizen said you can always come back and at anytime trek it. I have heard that a guy in another state won the DM invitation trip and wll instead participate in the Magic event sick ah? GOOD LUCK bt67

Yep - at the Houston Invitational I was playing GK and after he Coriled my lone blocker on the table for the third time I threw the table into air, began cursing and pulled a knife out on the jerk!
Oh wait...that never happened.
Uh...nevermind.
Lates BT - good luck with Magic and hopefully we'll be here if you come on back...
