The Stallion's ability reads as follows:

+ New Blood Set a Gladiator you control: Take a card from your Arsenal and Play it on THE STALLION

Does this mean "search your arsenal for a pump and place it on the stallion"? No Play cost? No restrictions on level? Could a Level 2 Stallion, in a gladiator group with only low-level war gladiators, have a Level 4 double-portal pump placed on it this way?

Any time a card says "play", you must meet the level/discipline requirment, and you must pay the CP for it. If a card says "place", then you dont have to pay for it.
