Hmm, how has Card Destruction worked for you? With a deck dependent upon having the right cards in the hand, I'm a little leery of dropping everything, even to draw extra cards. If anything, have you considered a Magical Mallet? That way you can keep the Exodia pieces you have and hope to draw some extra with the leftovers.
I'd also consider dropping 1 Dark Factory of Mass Production for a Backup Soldier. Sure the Backup Soldier has to be set for a turn and you need both cards, but having Backup as a chainable option can really help add a little more versatility to your piece retrieval.
A friend of mine that plays at one of the card shops I normally frequent for playing Yu-Gi-Oh plays an Exodia/Destiny Board deck. He has Card Destruction but he will usually have a set Compulsary Evacuation Device in place so he can set parts of Exodia when he is ready to use the Card Destruction.
I'd say drop the Thunder Dragons for Nimble Momonga's. Once in your hand, the other two Thunder Dragons are quite useless; at least you get up to 3000 LP with the Momonga's.
I think you should drop the Card Destruction too. Sure, you have the Dark Factories, but what happens if you've already used them? Or if you only have 1 Exodia piece in your grave? Or if you didn't draw one? It's too risky for this type of deck.
You might want to drop the Reloads too, or at least only keep 1. They reset your ENTIRE hand, and that could cost you. Maybe you could put in some Dekoichi for more drawing. Maharaghi might not be a bad choice either, it'll help you get the cards you need sooner by placing bad draws at the bottom of your deck.
It looks pretty good, but it seems like a few cards go against the flow of the deck... 6.-7/10
see, TCS is just a -1 with 500 damage to your opponent, which yuor deck doesn't need, since it's exodia. Toon Goblin Attack force can help to set up an offensive wall. They'll have to bring out a monarch or a jinzo to take it down.
