Thats it....any thing i should change or add to it. Im thinking about using it at my first tournament.
Im trying to go with Excesive damage and use Gravity Bind & Level Limit - Area B to solw down or stop the other person while bringing out the big hitters Solar Flare Dragon & Ultimate Baseball Kid
Excessive damage with effects doesn't use Gravity Bind OR Level Limit - Area B it used nice attack monsters with effects entwined with them. So stalling with those cards wouldn’t help the deck at all. You are trying to attack with all the "heavy" hitters you can think of for that theme. Hino Kagu Tsuchi, Yamata Dragon, ect. Then the effects portion allows 1 of 2 things better field, hand or life point loss OR gaining immunity to certain card(s),card effects or game play chain resolutions and costs.
@Hajime: I think he wants a garvity bind beat-down deck, thus the 3 baseball kids and gaia soul, I assume.
I'll tell you the cards you should add and the cards you should take out, but add what in place of what, that's for you to decide.
Add:
+ 2x Infernal: a special summon by removing a fire monster from the graveyard, not good at all by itself, but when you need an extra 1000 atk for your ultimate baseball kid or a pyro monster to give gaia soul an extra 2000 atk, it serves it's prupose fairly.
+ 3xUFO Turtles: Come on man, your deck is slow as hell, wuth this most of your important monsters can get to the field in no time.
+ 1x Gravity Bind/Level Limit - Area B: having 1x Level Limit - Area B & 1x Gravity Bind doesn't cut it, add one for security, you never know when your opponent dispells one.
+ 1x Jar of Greed & 1x Necklase of Command: Because you need more draw power to get your combos working.
+ 1xDust Tornado: need more dispell.
Subtract:
- 1x Yamata Dragon and Tryant Dragon: remove them for something of the above, because, I don't know they don't fit, and with more drawpower and an added level limit spell/trap these are going to be dead draws.
- 1x Dark Snake Syndrome: great card, for burn.
And all these useless level 5 monsters, you need level 4's to use your monsters effects, level 5's require a tribute.
I don't know about your strategy but basicly get your baseball kids with UFO turtle and summon level 4 monsters in face-up attack position, if Level Limit - Area B summon the face-up attack, then instantly turn them to defense due to the card's effect, but baseball kid still gets +1000 ATK.
And btw, hold your dispells till something that kills base ball kid or one of it's +1000 ATK mosters or your level limit effects, cause that's what's important.
The only problem with that idea is that he can't summon his monsters fast enough let alone make Ultimate Baseball Kid a 5000+ attacker in one turn.
If he wanted to do that he'd have to run

Hajime the deck you just put is the best I've seen in the baseball kid theme #_#, and I'd suggest HellsDragon trying it.
Ofcorse, I'd like to see some changes:
- x1Rescue Cat: You only have 3 Chimeras, no need for 3 of them.
- x1Solemn Judgement and 1xWaboku: These are good cards, but not really worth 3 of each, 2 is just as effective.
+ x1Swords of Revealing Light: To add more stall, stall means more monsters means more ATK power.
+ 2xDust Tornado (or 1x Infernal and 1x Dust Tornado): because I noticed you only have 1 dispell, and if you want to go with in infernal (which I prefer) he is a very good extra summon.
+ 1x Gravity Bind/Level Limit - Area B: having 1x Level Limit - Area B & 1x Gravity Bind doesn't cut it, add one for security, you never know when your opponent dispells one.
He already has one of each. They are both limited to one. Only other things for stall he could use is a Swords of Revealing Light (Limited to one) or Nightmare Steelcage (Not limited at all)

I'd put swords of revealing light then instead of a gravity bing/level limit - area B, edited original post.
Nightmare's steelcage isn't limited because it says ALL monsters, your opponent might take advantage of that.
