I first posted this in the General Disscussions section, but now realize it is more appropriate here.
This is an embarrassing question for a first post on this forum, but what rule changes now make these figures better? I apologize in advance for asking such a mult-layer question, but in my understanding of the new rules the big changes were NAAT and the multi target ranged combat damage. I realize that some of the movement and action changes give your army more time to be properly fielded, but based on some comments I assume its deeper than that. I just recently started playing. I haven't had any matches with experienced players yet nor have I used the new rules(frankly, I just learned the old ones). I'm really new to the nuances of the superpowers, so I guess thats the root of my confusion!
For example, What specifically makes Charge, Incap, and Pulse Wave(mentioned quite alot) better now? Also Battle Fury and Barrier? Exp Batman? I apologize again for the newbie question.
