i was just thinking about the same kind of deck

I would add in

3 ufo turtle
3x cyber pheonix for protection of esper
3x drop off you know what you get with esper
trap dust shot is good to

For some reason I didnt think of Cyber Phoenix but thats I good idea, plus that would give good reason for UFO Turtle as well.
I was also thinking of dropping The Grave of Enkindling, and 1 Mind Crush for 2 drop off's.

I would keep all three off the mind crush

i would drop the grave enkindling and
call and torrential

for 3 drop off

i would also drop peguin soilder for a mask of darkness

I think you should drop the waboku and try threating roar that way they do not even get a battle phase
