One of the things you can do to get people to reply to your deck is to post helpful postive suggestions and advice on their decks, then ask for help with yours.
It can be very tricky to get the right balance for an Elemental Hero deck. With a deck based on combos and fusing monsters toghether you want only 40 cards in there as well as many search cards and deck thinning. You are right in that you'll want two or so of each E-Hero, maybe three Wildheart or Sparkman, it is up to you. You can only have one Magician of Faith in your deck, so we can take out one immediately. I would also use just one Wroughtweiler.
For your Spells and Traps, the best one for an Elemental Hero deck is without a doubt Miracle Fusion. Sadly they can be a little hard to find. Therefore, until you can get one(two or three is better) you will have to make do. Fusion Gate does a good job of that. The first thing you should do is take out HERO Flash, H-Heated Heart, Fusion Sage, and Hero Barrier. To replace those you could use either a Waboku or Hero Signal, and a Terraforming since you do have three Field spells. I would also take out one The Warrior Returning Alive or O-Oversoul, for either a Reinforcement of the Army or an E-Emergency Call.
That's all the help I can really give your deck for now. Another thing you could do is peruse the Deck Depot for various Elemental Hero decks and see how they are put together and how they work. Those are the kinds of players whose decks you want to post on and ask for help from, players like me.
Well, good luck and try to get some Miracle Fusions.
