I based this deck off of a combination of Monarch control and Kuriboh's effects, I have not used this deck yet, but I plan on testing it soon, I can make this competitive, but I don't think it needs work, but if anyone thinks a certain way can make it work even better, I will try it out, and any fixed/ideas will be returned if you want me to.

What is the point of Adding Kuioboh if the deck can't support Kuriboh? Not in the deffinition of summoning it, but in the sence that it possibly wont or can't use Kuriboh, WInged Kuriboh or even Winged Kuriboh LV 10's effects. It would be like adding 2 Mind on Air and 2 D.D. Designator. Their godly cards in the metagame right now, but all it would do is clog your deck up. Giving you dead draws for starters. If Cyber Stien wasn't banned this could possibly offer more of a voice aginst Cyber Stien but it can't.
Hajime Saito: It wasn't meant to fully be a Kuriboh-Based deck, and Winged Kuriboh LV 10 and Trancended wings wouldn't work here, so I didn't want to use them.
VampireJar: I tested it today it went Win 3/Loss 1/Draw 0, I am certain it can work with more work and time.
Mechachu: I only have 2 flutes, I'm already working on getting a third Flute anyways.
You're running cards which are nearly pointless in the deck! Why Run Winged Kuriboh when you can eaisly run Neko Mane King, who in the end will likly suffer the same demise as Winged Kuriboh, but in stead of taking 0 Damage, your opponents' turn will go to its end phase. And why run kuriboh? Waboku does what Kuriboh doesn but it at least can stop Chimeratech in its Tracks and Save your monster!
Card # RDS-EN051
Card Name Xing Zhen Hu
Card Type Trap
Is Continuous Yes
Is Counter No
Activate by selecting 2 Set Spell or Trap Cards on the field. The selected Spell or Trap Cards cannot be activated.
Chinese Boxes FTW.
Worst that can happen is them setting only decree, which can mess you up. You can side deck some Dust Tornado to handle that as well. Dust Tornado also handle if they set more than 2.
Hajime Saito: so far, none of the cards I've used have been pointless, I've only lost once with it durring the testing I've been doing, and the kuribohs can always be recycled with pot of avarice, and can still be used against Chimeratech, wheather or not waboku is active
Xav: Thanks for the idea on Xing Zhen Hu, but what do you think I could take out for from my side deck

He's running those cards because he wants a free special summon from flute of summoning kuriboh so he can scarifice them to bring out a monarch. But since he only has 2 flute, i don't think he needs that many kuriboh in his deck. Probably just 2 is enough....(maybe 1 wing and 1 kuriboh?)
Don't worry about Saito, he has good advice but sometimes he doesn't listen.
Overall the deck looks pretty solid but I wouldn't suggest running Xing Zhen Hu because if the cards you target are chain-able (which today's meta is full of) then you will be in a world of hurt with a dead card on the field. I would recommend dropping the Confiscation and Black Horn of Heaven in the side deck for three Des Wombats to help you combat Chain Strike (another deck you don't want to run Xing Zhen Hu against) and dropping the two Vanity's Fiend (they negate the effects of Flute of Summoning Kuriboh, Call of the Haunted, Premature Burial, and Scapegoat just to name a few in your deck) and instead add in a third Royal Decree (Chain Strike) and a second Soul Exchange.
Hope these help and if you're feeling generous then maybe you could r/f my Regionals deck in my signature.
P.S. Glad to see another user abusing the effect of Flute of Summoning Kuriboh, that card is pretty broken in today's meta.
Note: I don't even look at people's sides. I like to focus on their main before their side...so keep that in mind please.
-1 Controller
-2 Decree
-Call of the Haunted
-DD Assailant
+D.D. Warrior Lady
+2 Sakuretsu Armor
+Torrential Tribute
+1 Bottomless Trap Hole
You really shouldn't be using a card like Call that can often just sit on the field meaninglessly. You don't have much purpose of having it in the deck when most of your heavy hitters are monarchs anyway.
The deck does give one an idea to try out. Like increase the deck size to make room for more stuff and use the Kuriboh Flutes as a spring board for deck thinning and monster float creation. So you've got a rather interesting deck there.
