I wanted a deck that could utilize Deck Devastation Virus, and I came up with this. Basically it uses Monster Gates, Magical Dimensions, and Mage Circles to bring out the bigger monsters, and then clears the field with spell/trap and monster removal for direct strikes. It needs a bit of work, but I will get back to it later, just tell me what you think for now. I will edit this post as I recieve fixes from people.
Monsters: 19
Dark Magician x3
Dark Magician of Chaos
Dark Magician Girl x3
Magical Marionette x3
Skilled Dark Magician x3
Breaker the Magical Warrior
Apprentice Magician x2
Old Vindictive Magician x2
Magician of Faith
Spells: 15
Monster Gate
Reasoning
Magical Dimension x2
Mystical Space Typhoon
Heavy Storm
Giant Trunade
Smashing Ground x3
Nobleman of Crossout
Premature Burial
Graceful Charity
Pot of Avarice
Swords of Revealing Light
Traps: 8
Magicians Circle x3
Deck Devastation Virus x2

A fourth of the deck can't be played without tribute... Running something like this takes some balls.
I'd start by cutting the Dark Magician Girls for Chaos Command Magicians. Chaos Command Magician has a higher attack and a decent effect, and unless you plan on running Sages Stone there is little point in having them in here aside from flavor value.
Kazejin, that one gate guardian piece just so happens to be a level 7 spellcaster with a nasty effect. We might as well give it a shot.
I wish spellcasters had another lvl 8 pick, aside from Silent Magician Level 8.
In order to add some consistancy to this deck I'd suggest main decking three Toon Table of Contents alongside a pair of Toon Gemini Elves. They're pretty beasy spellcasters and they'd allow you to have a target for Magical Dimension more often than not.
I'd also like to see another copy or two of Reasoning in here. The opponent has a roughly even split as far as levels go and your only lvl 8 monster just so happens to be your best Reasoning pull, so it'll generally resolve in your favor.
Three Magician's Circle seems to be a bit much to me.
Gravekeeper's Guard and Spy could fit nicely in here, as could Peten the Dark Clown.
Well Chaos Command Magician is a Light monster, and he said he wanted to utilize the effect of Deck Devastation Virus. The only recommendation I have is:
+1 Reasoning
-1 Smashing Ground
You have alot of field presence already with the Circles, Dimension, recursion cards, and Apprentices, so no Treeborn is necessary. Plus with the Circles having to wait for the right timing, and the Swords, Call, and Prem, you probably wouldn't be able to get the most out of Treeborn anyways.
