This is more the sort of thing for the strategies section, and even then I would have really used the search function to look up strategy threads and complete decks in the deck depot to formulate some sort of idea, that others could then fix. As it stands, you may as well have asked "hey guys, build me a VWXYZ deck".
Having said that, if you really do want to run all 5, run 3 X and 3 V, and 2 each of the unions with 2 shining angels, since all three can be searched. On top of that you'll want to exploit the fact that they are union monsters with union support like combination attack, roll out, heavy mech support platform, frontline base etc, and as in most machine decks you can't leave out limiter removal. Then you can fill it out with powerful machines to back up your strategy, like jinzo and a pair of cyber dragons, and some staple spells and traps like heavy storm, MST, confiscation, premature burial, graceful charity, nobleman of crossout; ring of destruction, mirror force, torrential tribute, sakuretsu armor and call of the haunted.
Now, I'm pretty sure when you put that together that already comes close to a complete deck. I hope you can take it from there, make a deck, post it, and then ask people to fix it. you'll likely get a lot more responses too. Here's a rough idea :
Monsters 21
3 x V
2 x W
3 x X
2 x Y
2 x Z
2 x Shining angel
2x Heavy mech support platform
2 x Cyber Dragon
1 x Magician of Faith
1 x Breaker the magical Warrior
1 x Sangan
Spells : 11
1 x Heavy STorm
1 x confiscation
1 x MST
1 x Graceful Charity
1 x Nobleman of Crossout
1 x Limiter Removal
2 x Frontline Base
2 x combination attack
1x premature burial
Traps : 9
2 x Sakuretsu Armor
2 x Roll Out!
1 x Formation Union
1 x Ring of Destruction
1 x Mirror Force
1 x Torrential Tribute
1 x Return from the different dimension
Fusion Deck : 12
3 x VW
3 x VWXYZ
3 x XYZ
1 x XZ
1 x YZ
1 x XY
You could switch out a pair of spells for a pair of overload fusions, add a chimeratech to the fusion deck. Either way, abuse the potential of Union monsters, don't waste your time on XZ, YZ and XY, you can protect your assets by equipping them, then next turn you may be able to get an XYZ. They are only in the fusion deck as backup plans.
This is just a very rudimentary example I threw together while I was typing this, buy just summing up the advice I gave above. You'll need to think this through bit more to make it more competitive, and to fit it to your playstyle. But you get the idea.
