I finally got around to playtesting this match up and I have to say the deck is blazingly fast. I've got wins off as early as my 2-3 turn.
My question is how do you stop the deck?
So far I have been siding in waboku and threatening roar. I havbe found that a well timed waboku can really save the day and keep you in a game where you should have lost Threatening roar is not that great but I found that when I was running 3 waboku it just was not enough. Not sure if there are any other cards like waboku that can be used mid-battle phase to effetively stop the damage.
What other cards are people teching in to help against this match up.
yeah, but I'm not using it to take to a tourney, I'm just using it for testing purposes.
Well aside from that, not too much else stops the deck other than an exact copy of the deck...I guess an early teched in Spell Cancellor can ward of the dimension fusion...just dont let spell cancellor die.
well u can side ojama trio to save u from the return and also burial from the different dimension from the new jaden pack. it lets u put monsters that have been reomved from play back into the graveyard its also quick play
hmmm waboku and threatening roar is the one thing i can think of, royal decrees are also a good bet to stop return, or bottomless. needle cieling can help too. solemn judgement. burn....lots of burn....

That would be my first choice as well. But I wouldn't mind having a quickplay that removed monsters from the grave either, to chain to bazoo's effect. Then stop the return with Ojama Trio. Burial is great, but if they pull a bazoo, you just fueled his cost.
Well about card trooper card trooper only get is effect when he is DESTROYED and sent to your GRAVEYARD.
So you can:
1: Brain/snatch/soul exchange + Tribute (easy)
2: Make him go Out of play (D.Fissure/Macro/Banisher of Radiance)
2.5: about the remove part, there is chain disappearance on his trooper, it will slow the deck down but if he can activate one return well you have 3 trooper in your face and the opponent up to +9 card in grave to feed is skull lair.
3: Skill drain, if your deck can support it (harder)
Well just run a ton of negation. magic drain, solemn judgement,
And a good tech card would be cursed seal of the forbidden spell.
Get rid of all their pesky return cards.
Jinzo more than half the time is always removed, .
Everyone has to keep this in mind. Things like needle ceiling sound nice in theory, in reality when they activate return jinzo comes onto the field and you can say good bye to any traps. Thats what makes waboku so good, you chain waboku to returns activation and they pretty much just wasted half their life points.
When I play the deck I only activate return in one of 3 situations:
a) their s/t zone is clear
b) I have jinzo removed from play
c) I'm about to lose and thats my last ditch effort to steal the win.
I think most good players will pretty much play it the same way. That way you avoid annoyng things like mirror force/torrential

Your right, most do play it that way...the only time I wouldnt play it that way is when I know the kid isnt that good.
