ONce again my clueless friends do not understand play the game right. Now they are saying that ritual monsters are considred normal monsters. Is that true or is it just a stupid thing my friends have made up to take advantage of me. If they are right then i will never show my face to them again. If they are wrong i will rup dog poop in their face.:D So please answer this question quick and i can show my friends.

ritual monsters are just that , ritual monsters. some have effects some dont, but they have a class of their own

Just like the poster before me stated, a Ritual Monster that does not have a effect is never considered a "Normal Monster"

Normal Monsters are Yellow color coded, and are the ONLY monsters that will ever be a "Normal Monster".

Just like everyone else said they are in their own special class.

If they need more proof then our post you could always have them take a look at the rule book.

I'm not sure about other versions, but for the 6.0 version

Normal Monster can be found on page 8 and Ritual Monsters are on page 10.

Blue cards=ritual
yellow= normal

Your friends are making up rules, please rub an extra piece of dog poo in their faces for me.

That's not a true statement as far as I understand it. We are probably getting 2nd summon monsters that are normal monsters when first summoned, but have a 2nd summon ability that then makes them not a normal monster.


Edit - As far as Justibreak and other cards like this is concerned, ritual monsterw with no effects are still not Normal monsters just because they have no effect. They are a ritual monster.

The same is also true of Fusion monsters with no effects also, right?

Correct. It's a fusion, not a normal.
