Okay my question is that if my opponent activates Dimension Fusion or Return from the D.D. and targets the monsters he wants 2 special summon can i chain Burial and thus not allowing him 2 special summon but the other monsters he targeted.

I believe that combo works ONLY on Dimension Fusion, because Burial From A Different Dimension has a faster speed. It WON'T work against Return From The Different Dimension because it is a faster speed than Burial From A Different Dimension.

If you opponent plays Dimension Fusion (normal spell, speed 1) or Return from the Different Dimension (normal trap, speed 2), you can chain Burial from Another Dimension (quickplay spell, speed 2) and it will form a chain and resolve before either card does.

If your opponet has another Return from the Different Dimension set, then s/he could chain the second one to Burial, adding another link to the chain and special summoning the removed monsters before they are sent to the Graveyard.

On an extra note, I don't think Dimension Fusion or Return from the Different Dimension target monstesr, since both allow you to special summon as many monstes as possible. Even if you remove some of their RFP monsters, if there are any left, they can special sommon them.
