Reverse summon?

I heard there is going to be a new summon call Reverse summon coming in the next box. does anyone know what it does?

Normally, a reverse summon is a translation from the Japanese text of the card. It just means a flip summon.

The summon you are thinking of is "Second Summon"

Second Summon
New kind of Summon that is treated as a Normal Summon. It counts towards the Normal Summon of your turn. For monsters with Level 5 or higher, there are no tributes needed.

hmm.. it seems confusing to me, so accoriding to this new "second summon" would we all be playing like the first english season of yugioh (duelist kingdom)
