Question on ultimate tyranno

I know the effect of the card but my question is this. If you have ultimate tyranno on the feild and lets say that your opponent has blue-eyes out and you enter your battle phase does ultimate tyranno get destroyed when it atks blue-eyes or any 3000 atker?

You get to pick the order of who you attack so attack blue eyes last is the best bet
