Well, here is my problem.

Ok, lets say I have an The Agent of Force- Mars on the field with 3000 atk and I declared an attack on an Dark Ruler Ha Des...because of Ha Des effect would my Mars revert back to 0 atk and die? or would it kill Ha Des?

Please all answers are welcomed.

mars would destroy ha des. ha des only negates the effects of monsters he destroys. Since mars has 3000 atk, ha des couldn't destroy him, thus not negating him.

The reason for asking is my friend runs an Archfiend deck and I wanted to make sure before I have my Mars attack his Ha Des.
