This is the deck I use on Yu-Gi-Oh World Championship 2007, It's based on the ability to predict your opponents cards and act on that.
Since I don't have the entire card library please bare with me :D
Blow is Revision 9 of my deck, I'm still working out what the best way of doing damage is in this sort of deck.

I'll tell you why nobody wants to fix it:
1) it's for a videogame, if it was for a real life deck, then people would maybe care to fix it
2) you claim that the theme is predicting an opponent's moves and adjusting accordingly but all I see is a huge mess of cards
3) Blast Sphere is not available in the TCG
4) Graceful Charity is banned in the current Advanced Format
5) If this is revision 9 then I don't want to know what the other 8 revisions were.
6) There is no theme.
