This is something I quickly threw together, liked, and now want to improve. If you can't figure it out, the basic idea is to use, reuse, and plain abuse ojamas through ojamagic, Backup Soldier, and Dark Factory with Snipe Hunter and the like.
Fix it, rate it, do whatever.

I'd drop 3 monsters for another trio of Ojamas to get the most out of Ojamagic and gurantee you have three ojamas each in your deck.
I would definitly run a Pot of Avarice in here. Your grave should fill up quite fast, so Pot of Avarice will be a welcome addition. I understand that you're using two copies of Backup Soldier for this same reason, however POA can be more versatile. Pot can also fetch you back those all important snipe hunters, something Backup Soldier cannot do. I would swap both copies of backup soldier for a third dark factory and a POA.
Along the same line of thinking is The Transmigration Prophecy. Not only can it shuffle snipe hunters and ojamas back into the deck, it can also add ojamagic, heavy storm, lightning vortex (something I'd double up on), and powerful trap cards back to your deck.
I would drop the pair of magical mallet cards for two copies of card trader, accomplishing the same effect in the long run. You can also manipulate wether your hands are good or not.
Finally, one or two copies of Manticore of Darkness would be welcome additions to the deck as well. This idea is not mine, but Dr. Crellian Vowler's from his article on metagame.com. (PM me if you want the link) By tweaking the lineup just a tad you could easily support a pair of Manticore.
1x Manticore of Darkness
1x Chiron the Mage
1x Ojama Green
1x Ojama Yellow
1x Ojama Black
2x Card Trader
1x Pot of Avarice
1x Dark Factory of Mass Production
2x Phoenix Wing Wind Blast*
Jinzo and Mobius are easily made up for with triple chiron and snipe hunter along with mst and storm.
With a little further tweaking you could also run a pair of Forced Requisition cards. Every time you discard a card from your hand your opponent would have to do the same, resulting in a total loss of hand and field presense for the opponent. If you want to integrate this idea into your deck I suggest Dark World Dealings or Dragged Down into the Grave to help with activating Forced Requisition.
*As Dr. Crellian Vowler pointed out, it is a great card in this type of deck.
If you feel that this post was helpful, please return the favor and drop a few comments on one of the following decks in my portfolio in my signature:
"Uria Gate OTK"
"Gamblin - Abusing the System OTT"
"Flying Ninjas and all that Jazz"
Thank you, your comments are appreciated. Good luck with your deck.
Your suggestions were helpful, though I didn't agree with everything. To keep it short (I'm low on time):
9 ojamas get into too many of your draws, 6 works well.
I'm iffy about Card Trader and TTP, but trying them out can't hurt.
Manticore and FR clutter the theme; they are good strategies that really require decks devoted entirely to them. One strong theme is better than multiple (sometimes conflicting) themes.
+2 Legendary Jujitsu Master
+1 Pot of Avarice
+1 Dark Factory
+2 Card Trader
+2 Phoenix Wing Wind Blast
I'm worried about the size of the deck (I need to get to a Ojamagic FAST), the relatively low number of monsters (I don't count Ojamas -- they're strictly discard fodder), and really a lack of defensive stability.
And yes monkey, I did read that article on Metagame. I'll give you my advice on some of your decks when time allows.

I added Manticore of Darkness for reasons other than "another theme" - if you can call a single card a theme. I already learned that multiple themes are not to be crammed into one deck, thus only one Manticore of Darkness. Manticore of Darkness makes up for that field presence you're lacking while giving you a reason to run the extra trio of ojamas and another way to use them. Chiron for support.
I merely suggested that you look into Forced Requisition. I myself would stick to the straightforward concept you have until you are confortable enough with it, then move on.

This could be one of the reasons that you currently have minimal field presence. Setting an Ojama never hurts, they are monsters after all. *Looks at the trio of Dark Factory of Mass Production*
If you are concerned with the deck size, which you should be, I'd do the following:
-Jujitsu
-Jujitsu
-Gymnast
-Gymnast
-Tomato
The two copies of Legendary Jujistu Master do nothing for the goal you are trying to achieve. The Gymnasts are not necessary with the discard outlets you already have. Dropping a Tomato is fine when you have two Card Traders and the new additions.
+Dekoichi
+Dekoichi
+Morphing Jar
This should put you at 41 cards.
Dekoichi's are a no-brainer. Rebuild your hand and dig for snipe/ojamagic. Morphing Jar is an excellent choice for this deck, he gives you a brand new hand, digs for ojamagic, and can even discard ojamagic once you get it.
I hope this post was helpful, I look forward to your thoughts on one of my decks soon.
Fixes made, though I'm still a fan of Cyber Gymnast and higher monster counts.
I think the Jujitsu Masters are a nasty surprise for anyone who thinks they're about to run over an ojama, but Dekoichi's do work equally well and help thin the deck.

Agreed. If you noticed my "Flying Ninjas and all that Jazz" deck in the deck depot you'll see I'm running a full complement of Legendary Jujitsu Master. He is certainly a good card, just not as good some places as others.

I posted this deck yesterday, and it works fantastic. I originally had the chiron's in here and I just never really had any spells to use his effect. This deck has a lot of traps it looks like, But if you think about it, that gives you six turns to avoid dmg., and they are all chainable. Trust me, these decks need it. I posted a rough draft of this deck a few weeks ago, and have to agree, that three of each trio was way too many and I happened to draw into them alot being a dead card if I didn't have my sniperz. I also found out that when your opponent has less cards on the field, the more chances of destroying one increase. So I use the Ground Collapse. It is such a good card in this deck. Hence needing field presence because of the low atk. of sniperz. The deck works awesome and looks good to me, But you have the problem that I originally had with my rough draft, field presence and drawing power. Your hand becomes empty because of Sniperz effects, so Morphing Jar is a very much needed card. Hope this helps. r/f any of my decks in the siggy. peace .Y.
I actually like it when my opponent overextends, because that's when you can best bring out Snipe Hunter and go to town with Ojamagic. You want your opponent to get their cards to the field, because that's where you can most easily destroy them. The deck doesn't really have any hand control (originally I was thinking Thestalos, Zaloog, and/or maybe Forced Requisition, but they just didn't work out).
I haven't played much since the most recent fixes, but one thing I can say is Card Trader definitely works better than Magical Mallet(a fix I would suggest for your deck, especially since it's a bit slower and more defense-oriented).
