P.A.: Has a Winged Kuriboh on the field and a face down Trascendant Wing.
P.B.: Attacks the winged kuriboh with mobius.
P.A.: Activates Trasc. Wing and special summons Winged Kuriboh Lv.10.

Does P.B. redo his Battle step or can P.A. chain that attack to Winged Kuriboh Lv.10's effect? In other words, does the attack keep going or no? XD

A replay would occur. So Player B would choose to continue the attack or cease it.

The attack will stop if you use WK LV10's effect (unless they CotH something after WK LV10 uses its effect...), if you don't want to use it then that is your call.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Transcendent Wings". i think what he's trying to ask is does the battle phase of player B's turn continue, so player A can activate WK LV10's ability.

in that case, the answer is yes, you can activate the effect of Winged Kuriboh LV10, since the it would still be in the Battle Phase.

What would that matter, WKLV10's effect is multi-trigger, so he could use it even if it wasn't battle phase, he could use it in Main phase 2 or end phase as well.

If it weren't for the last line in Lv10's text:

"You can only activate this effect during your opponent's Battle Phase."
