I like a the deck. Finally a deck without the Monarchs. I like the Skull Archfiends. But here is my cents.
- Treeborn Frog
Chances are you won't need him too much in here with only 4 tributes and 2 Brain Controls.
+Don Zaloog
or
+D.D. Warrior Lady
Very nice in many situations.
- Confication
With 3 Dustshooters and DDV, Confiscation seems a bit over board. Plus with having to Pay 500 every turn for Skull and 800 for Premature and Brain Control I don't think you can afford another 1000Lp payment.
+Book of Moon
Works well with Deckoichi and can protect you from a Snatch Steal, Smahsing Ground, etc.

Nice deck 8.5/10
Well actually, with even 4 tributes. The Frog provides that constant tribute fodder as well, a defense for my life points.
For Confiscation, I know this stays because hand disruption is probably the best way to win a match now a days with all the fast-tempo decks such as Machine Beatdown and Destiny Hero Beatdown.
This deck have done very well against the current set of decks being played in this format.
1.) Trade up your Cydras/Dekoichis for Snipe Hunters. You wouldnt believe the amount of uses you can get out of it.
2.) Trade up your Smashings for Vortexes.
3.) Lose an Orc for a Zombrya.
4.) Get x2 Rota
5.) Get a single Scout Plane in the deck.
Ill be quite honest ... I dont likes the layout of things in here. Theres a fewgood things and a lot of very bad ones.
Eg.
DDV is at 2. DDV targets are 6 ... 3 of them are Tributes as well as your main hitter, and 3 are no presence lvl 4s. Die off easily.
Zombyra is a rota-able DDV target. Quicker to get than pretty much any others. Being level 4 means hes a quick drop too. Hes 2100 meaning hes on par with Cydra. Even if they Cydra + summon, they can't break past you without some level of destruction. At which point you can respond with a quick DDV and start clearing off their support and peeking at their tricks. One should be enough if you run x2 Rotas.
A single Scout plane doubles the dark count in your graveyard while providing tribute fodder every turn via Strike. You'll find yourself picking this with Sangan over Treeborn as soon as you have a Rota or a Strike Ninja.
Why you arent running x3 Snipe hunter is beyond me. Dark + quick removal + adds darks in the grave. Its so key to this deck its not even funny.

Hmmm.... I'll will keep the deck the way it has been running. It's been performing well against most decks. Most of the suggestions from MetalZoav, I don't think I will run that type of deck. Snipe Hunter isn't necessary for this build. Also 25 monsters. Man I think that is way too many monsters for this deck.
25 Monsters also means more chances of getting a clogged hand full of monsters. Frankly I have tested your varient idea out Metalzoav2. It doesn't work as well as my posted deck.
Like metalzoav2 said the zombrya are 2100 attack and rota-able. The scout plane's work better in the deck than treeborn frog, but it all goes down to what you prefer.
I agree with the idea of snipe hunter, but I don't feel the need to suggest since you said you don't like how the deck runs with it. What I suggested will hopefully make the build you prefer a little bit stronger.
