Swap the Bottomless for another Brain Control, they're great for keeping field pressure and give better swings with Don. With Don, replace the Rush Recklessy with Shrink - it's an all around better card and Combos much better.
I'd Drop the Asura Priest, Exiled Force, Zaborg, and both Mobius for 3 Raiza the Storm Monarch and 2 Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch - they'll combo better if you're trying to maintain field presence, Raiza combo'ing and getting rid of cards while Thestalos is hand control.

Since you are using a tomato engine, why not include spirit reaper in the deck? You can search him out and he can probably stall for at least a couple of turns. You might want to add a scapegoat in there too since you are using 2 creature swap so now you have an extra candidate to swap with.

I might just run one snipe hunter in this deck because there really aren't a lot of cards that i would want to discard in this deck (unlike gadgets deck where u can discard the gadgets and get it back with avarice or big city where u discard e-heroes and then get it back with ocean).

lily- that sounds like a good idea, do you think ill have enough field presense to run that many tributes though? im going to try it out first chance i get thanks

wind- yah i just counted 39 cards in here spirit reaper is suppost to be in there ill edit that now, as for scapegoat i think my deck has pretty good field presense but ill try it and it will probably hit my side deck thanks

If you want this to turn into a Monarch deck, definetly try to get your hands on some Raiza the Storm Monarchs. I don't see what a lot of people see in Thestalos, and with you running two Don Zaloogs already, I dont think you should put him in just for one unreusable discard...

Perhaps try out a few Trap Dustshoot, those are incredibly annoying and I know you love to annoy the !@$% out of me in duels. Lol. It'll help you control monster prescence on the field, Mobius pretty much has magic and trap covered.

deck edited it now looks like this, thanks alot guys it runs much better but is still far from perfect still taking fixes!

ill post a side deck when i can but mines pretty worthless never really know what to put in them

Switch out the 3 Rush for 3 Shrink, drop Bottomless for another Brain Control, and you should be looking good.
