To answer your question Hydrogeddon is the ####. Compared to other monsters he is the strongest plus you can get out all three if you are really lucky and he also thins the deck so you can draw the spells and traps you need to keep him/gadgets on the field.
Now I never liked the overload/future fusion in gadgets it just seemed like a waste of space and really not needed to win. You might want to replace them for enemy controllers or just use what ComedyKid suggested.
For your traps either go with the 3 royal decrees and nothing else or go for the traps thats stop you opponent died in his tracks(forced back, pulling the rug, ring, mirror, drop off(i love this card).
I believe I see where this is going. Your aim is to focus on monster removal with snipe hunter and the removal spells. Also your deturring attackers with shrink instead of useing trap based defenses like sakuretsu armor or mirror force. Thus you could build a decree trap lineup to nullify traps during a overload fusion or game breaking attack.

I think gyroid and steamroid would bulk up your machine build. While also stabilizing the deck with better topdecks that can be limitered and fused together into steam gyroid. Either steamroid or gyroid can be handy when your not drawing removal. with gadgets in twos you can experiment with hydrogeddon that should be able to operate that way with slightly less duplicate cards and a almost identical level of deck thinning. I've re tested fissure lately and it is easily as a card you don't want to see multiples of in your opening as they can be very limiting (2 at most). snipe hunter should make up for that.
kudos on a unique use of shrink in a machine deck. It's a great concept that has clearly seen alot of work put into it. score: 3/4 with or without my changes
