I just want to know if Pulling the Rug can be chained to Sapphire Pegasus effect if my opponent decides to use it.

Also if a card that removes other stuff from play (i.e banisher, bottomless) and a Crystal Beast monster is destroyed can I still send it to my S/T zone, the CB's only read if they are destroyed, not destroyed and sent to the graveyard.

Any and all explained help is appreciated.

1.) As long as Pegasus was normal summoned, you can use Pulling the Rug against it.

2.) Macro Cosmos and Banisher of the Light/Radiance will only remove the Crystal Beasts from play if you decide not to turn them into spell cards. Macro Cosmos and similar cards only remove the monsters if they would be sent to the graveyard, but if you decide to turn them into continuous spell cards, they never start their way to the grave.

Bottomless Trap Hole, however, WILL remove them since this one doesn't require the monster to be sent to the graveyard.
